Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

This Shipping & Fulfillment Policy applies to all orders placed with Stryker Outdoors, dba Stryker Bait & Tackle, located at 1201 N 54th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85043. Phone: (623) 688-3610

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and fulfilled as quickly as operationally possible. Due to the handcrafted and batch-based nature of our bait products, our average order processing time—from receipt of order to delivery to our shipping partner (typically UPS)—is estimated at 5 to 10 Stryker Business Days (Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays and closures).

From early April through late August, processing times may increase substantially due to seasonal demand. During this period, fulfillment times may double, triple or extend beyond the estimated window.

Stryker Bait & Tackle makes no guarantees regarding specific shipping or delivery dates and reserves the right to extend processing times without notice due to manufacturing capacity, supply chain delays, inclement weather, or other operational disruptions.

Order Finalization and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason, including delays in processing or delivery. By placing an order with Stryker Bait & Tackle, you acknowledge and accept this no-cancellation policy in full.

Shipping Responsibility and Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the order to the designated shipping carrier. Stryker Bait & Tackle is not liable for delays, damages, losses, or misdeliveries caused by shipping providers, including but not limited to UPS, USPS, or third-party freight handlers. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

Force Majeure Clause

Stryker Bait & Tackle shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance or shipping due to acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, governmental actions, equipment failures, supplier delays, or other force majeure events.

Modification of Terms

Stryker Bait & Tackle reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. All terms stated herein are binding as of the Effective Date above and remain in force until superseded by an official revision.
